Terms of Service

Effective date: October 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Divyam.AI's website, console, APIs, Model Router, and Evalm8 (the "services"). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that organization. A separate written agreement with Divyam.AI takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

1. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and for the permissions you give other people. Tell us at hello@divyam.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Organization administrators are responsible for granting and removing access, including removing people who leave their organization. Signing out of Google does not sign you out of Divyam.AI. Use the console's sign-out control to end your Divyam.AI session.

2. Permitted use

You may use the services in your applications within the access, usage limits, and permissions of your plan or agreement. You must comply with applicable law and the terms of any model provider whose services your requests use.

You must not:

  • Use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or infringement of another person's rights.
  • Access another customer's data, bypass authentication or usage restrictions, or exploit a security weakness.
  • Disrupt the services, distribute malicious software, or conduct intrusive security testing without our written permission.
  • Sell, transfer, or share account credentials or API keys outside your authorized organization.
  • Resell access to Divyam.AI as a standalone service without our written authorization. This does not prevent you from building applications for your own users under your plan.
  • Misrepresent your identity or create accounts to evade a suspension, payment obligation, or promotional limit.

3. Your data and model outputs

You retain your rights in the data you submit. You grant us permission to process that data as needed to provide the services, follow your instructions, maintain security, and comply with law. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Model outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review them before relying on them or sharing them. You are responsible for decisions made using outputs and for checking any rights or restrictions that apply to their use.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information, including Google sign-in data.

4. Fees and promotional credit

The prices, billing terms, and usage limits shown for your plan or set out in your agreement govern paid use. You are responsible for the charges incurred through your account. Promotional credit has no cash value and is subject to the conditions disclosed when it is offered. A promotion does not promise continued free access.

Contact hello@divyam.ai with billing questions or disputed charges. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other right that applicable law requires.

5. Service changes and third-party providers

We may change features, supported models, or usage limits. Third-party model and identity providers operate under their own terms, and their availability can affect the services. Any service-level commitment must be stated in your agreement with us.

6. Suspension and ending use

We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, a security threat, nonpayment, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

You may stop using the services at any time. Contact hello@divyam.ai to request account closure or data deletion. Ending access does not remove payment obligations already incurred or obligations that must continue by their nature.

7. Warranties and responsibility

Except as stated in a separate written agreement or required by law, the services are provided as available, without a warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost data. This exclusion does not limit liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. A separate written agreement may set additional liability terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We will post revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. We will notify active customers of material changes before they take effect where practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms, subject to any separate agreement and applicable law.

9. Contact

Send questions about these terms to hello@divyam.ai. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not change any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
