Divyam.AI ("Divyam.AI", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at divyam.ai and provides AI infrastructure products including Model Router and EvalMate. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Website Visitors
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referral source, browser type, device type, IP address. Collected via Google Analytics.
Contact and Demo Requests
When you submit a contact form or request a demo, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and any message or details you include.
Careers Applications
When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and any other information you choose to submit.
Product Users (Model Router / EvalMate)
If you are a customer or trial user of our products, we collect account information (name, work email, company), usage data (API call volume, model selections, evaluation run metadata), and billing information processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details.
We do not store the content of prompts or LLM responses processed through Model Router unless you explicitly opt into logging for your own debugging purposes.
