A seasoned leader with 35+ years in enterprise software at Datycs, Precisely, IBM, and Rational. Manjeri has managed large teams and multi-million-dollar products, specializing in global software development, SaaS, and AI-driven platforms.

Bharath has a decade of experience across Flipkart, Goals101, and Mu Sigma, specializing in AI-powered solutions, data platforms, and ML infrastructure. He has played a pivotal role in transforming AI ecosystems and fintech intelligence platforms.

20+ years of experience building distributed systems, NoSQL/vector databases, and scalable data platforms. Lead development on Vector Search, Kubernetes Operators, and core Aerospike database features (with multiple patents pending). Past roles include engineering leadership at Strand Life Sciences and SDE at Amazon. M.Tech. from IIT Bombay.

At Q2, led the re-architecture of its digital banking platform from monolith to microservices on AWS and built high-performance lending frameworks used by banks with 1M+ loan books. Twelve years at IBM on Rational Team Concert, a $100M+ developer tools product — five US patents and IBM’s Outstanding Technical Achievement Award.

Anurag holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from BITS Pilani. Before joining the team, he worked as a Software Development Intern at Flipkart where he contributed to the FCC team building ‘Flipkart in a box’. His core technical interests lie in cloud computing, distributed systems, and database internals.

Piyush holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from BITS Pilani. He has experience building performance-focused software systems for onboard autonomous platforms, working with cloud engineering, and designing scalable distributed systems. He has contributed to systems software for autonomous vehicle platforms, developed infrastructure tooling and automation, and worked with cloud-native workflows using containerization and orchestration. Previously at Texas Instruments, he worked on enterprise data engineering, tackling complex database systems and large-scale data challenges. His practical experience in systems performance, cloud infrastructure, and data workflows will support our work on performance optimization, observability, and operational excellence.
