Divyam.AI ("Divyam", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at divyam.ai and provides AI infrastructure products including Model Router and EvalMate. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Website Visitors
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referral source, browser type, device type, IP address. Collected via Google Analytics.
- Company-level identification — we use RB2B to identify the company or organization associated with a visitor's IP address. RB2B does not identify individuals by name; it associates visits with business entities.
Contact and Demo Requests
When you submit a contact form or request a demo, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and any message or details you include.
Careers Applications
When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and any other information you choose to submit.
Product Users (Model Router / EvalMate)
If you are a customer or trial user of our products, we collect account information (name, work email, company), usage data (API call volume, model selections, evaluation run metadata), and billing information processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details.
We do not store the content of prompts or LLM responses processed through Model Router unless you explicitly opt into logging for your own debugging purposes.

- Customer account data: retained for the duration of your contract plus 3 years for legal and financial record-keeping

Divyam.AI is headquartered in India. If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.
10. Children's Privacy
Our products and website are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
